located in the heart of Paphos in the Tomb of the Kings area, one of Cyprus’s most famous archaeological sites. within walking distance to the bars, restaurants, old town and some of the sandy Paphos beaches.

There is a large lagoon style pool with rock creations and waterfalls. There is also children’s pool and outdoor Jacuzzis!

and also an indoor gym, and delightful gardens with BBQ area. The development is fully gated with lifts to all floors.

The Tombs of the Kings is an important archaeological site covering an extensive area, between the main coast road and the Mediterranean Sea. All along this road are numerous restaurants, shops, bars, travel agents (for local trips), car hire agents and many other amenities. The sea is just a few minutes’ walk from the apartment, whilst the Municipal Beach with facilities is about 20 minutes away.

For those who do not wish to drive taxis are available from the Tombs of the Kings road (5 minutes walk maximum) or the no 15 bus is also available from the main road which links the area with Coral Bay in one direction and Paphos Harbour in the other.
