This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bathroom town house is directly by the swimming pool of this quiet resort. Although only a short walk from the Tombs of the Kings it is a very tranquil resort which is new and well maintained.

The property itself has 3 twin bedrooms, one is on the ground floor with a shower room, the other two are upstairs with a further shared bathroom and the master is a double with an en-suite shower room with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool and gardens. At the front of the property is a drive with outside table and chairs for the late sunshine, inside there are two sofas and dining for 8, plus a well equipped kitchen.

Double patio doors lead to the outside terrace which has a further dining area and private sun beds, from there is literally a few short paces to the superb overflow swimming pool.
