This property is located at the end of a small gated driveway with off road parking and is surrounded by stoned gardens with lush green shrubs and small palms. The double door entrance to this colonial style villa has palm trees on either side which adds to the tropical feel of the property. All windows and doors also benefit from grills or shutters for extra security.

The interior has been tastefully furnished with soft cream leather sofas and splashes of vibrant colors. Relax in the cool air conditioning in one of the two lounges and watch the satellite channels on the flat screen TV with surround sound, pop in a DVD (remember to bring them with you), listen to either the MP3 player or your iPod (a docking station is provided), or enjoy the play station 2 (please bring your own games). Patio doors lead out to a palm tree shaded area.

Step through internal patio doors and you will discover a lovely covered seating area with rattan furniture brightly accessorised with orange cushions where you can enjoy respite from the beautiful Cypriot sun. This leads onto the large pool area, completely fenced for extra privacy.

The fully equipped modern light wood and black granite kitchen and separate utility room have everything you need with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob and microwave. The black granite work surface extends into a breakfast bar for informal dining. A downstairs w/c is provided for your convenience.

From early morning to late evening you can take advantage of the amazing pool. Enjoy your early morning coffee beside the shimmering crystal pool, soaking in the peace and tranquility. Late afternoon breezes gently blow from the ocean below, a time for relaxation on the sun beds and topping up you tan or a time for napping. Enjoy eating al fresco the food that you have prepared in the covered outside kitchen area, sitting at the large stone table, enjoying the country views around.

Sweeping up the curved stair case, with handrail, light streams through the four slit windows. On the first floor there are two twin rooms and two double bedrooms and a family shower room.

Each of the good size bedrooms has dual aspect windows, large fitted wardrobes, dressing tables with mirrors and patio doors leading onto balconies. Matching wood and wrought iron furniture runs through the upper level in the glorious house.

The larger of the two double bedrooms has a private ensuite shower room, which has a storage cupboard under the sink for your toiletries.
