A luxurious property ideally situated for the holiday of your dreams, being just a 10 minute walk to Mimosa Beach. Located close to the centre of Protaras and in a quiet cul-de-sac, this villa has off road parking, and is bordered on two sides by small trees and bushes. The decor is modern and contemporary, open plan living ideal for total relaxation. In our opinion this villa is in an idyllic location near to the stunning Konnos Bay beach situated close to the 5 star Grecian Park Hotel making it an ideal villa for those attending weddings.

When you enter this property, you will be thrilled with the amount of light that comes streaming through the many windows and patio doors. All of them have contemporary blinds to keep the room cool through the heat of the day. The air-conditioned lounge has two comfortable sofas and a wooden coffee table. For your entertainment there is a flat screen TV (with satellite channels), a DVD player (please bring your own DVDs), play station 2 (please bring your own games), WiFi and an iPod docking station. A round Greek style column separates the lounge and dining areas, and beautiful black and white photographs are dotted around the walls.

The dining area consists of a wooden dining table with 6 black leather chairs. The light wood and black granite topped work surfaces are complimented by the white electric oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

There are raised patios at the front and rear of the property. The rear raised patio area is reached through doors leading from the dining and kitchen areas and is shaded by a pergola. The pool sits in the middle of a pretty walled garden with white stone borders planted with colourful shrubs and palms. You get a real sense of seclusion and privacy from this area. Enjoy relaxing in this peaceful atmosphere on one of the sun beds laid out around the pool, or make the most of eating al fresco, the meals you have cooked on the gas BBQ. Comfortable rattan furniture means you can totally relax outside, but if you are feeling energetic a table tennis table is provided.

Back in the villa, a ground floor shower wet room, with w/c is provided. For all those other necessities an understairs storage cupboard is a useful amenity.

Stairs with hand rail pass under a large frosted window, which allows light yet maintains privacy. The first floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms are light and airy and have floor to ceiling wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower over bath, w/c, mirror and large storage cupboard for all your toiletries.

The master double bedroom benefits from a shower wet room, w/c and mirror whilst the two twin bedrooms have patio doors leading on to a shared balcony which overlooks the pool.
