The beautifully finished large modern kitchen is well equipped to serve lovely meals around the rattan glass topped table with matching chairs; very comfortable. A downstairs w/c is an added convenience.

Go out through the patio doors and you will be struck by the tranquility of the area. Surrounding the crystal clear pool are sun beds and an area for some al fresco dining; just perfect.

However, it is not until you reach the roof top terrace that you will fully appreciate the location of this villa. Views from Kapparis to the old town of Famagusta, now a ghost town, cannot help but impress you; a comfortable lounge with large pot plants will make this an area to enjoy late into the night.

Back in the property, on the first floor, you will find three bedrooms, two twin and one double. The master double bedroom has the additional bonus of an ensuite shower room, the twin bedrooms share a private balcony, but all three rooms have wonderful sea views and are colourfully accessorised.
